Great for a long weekend or for a month’s stay. Fully furnished with linens provided, this is a self-serve vacation rental in a condo-hotel setting. Guests pay published rental rate plus 10.5% sales tax and cleaning fee. 2 night minimum, 3 nights for events and holidays. Weekly & Monthly rates are available. This unit is not pet friendly but we do have others available. MAX 3 guests. NO Smoking. Additional cleaning fee for stays longer than 13 nights
