As a builder from Kentucky and life-long Apalachicola fan, this owner looked long and hard at finding the right location for the perfect family vacation spot. They extend their personal invitation to you and your family to share their new vacation home. Downtown Apalachicola has so much to offer and being able to provide the creature comforts to hard working families like theirs was foremost in planning and building this get-away. This family enjoys a little pampering with their time off and that is what they wish to share with you. There is plenty of parking on the property. There is room for your boat to be hitched to your truck while parked in the shade of the backyard with a handy water hose accessible. In addition, another double long spot is adjacent to that as well as an additional private parking spot in the front of the cottage.

Inside we designed everything with family in mind. New comfortable beds in every bedroom and a twin size sleeper sofa. A full size washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron, a completely stocked kitchen and a relaxing great room are part of the package. Beyond that are two full bath rooms and three private bedrooms. The kitchen and great room were designed to allow an open cooking area with room to do so. The tiled floors are for active, easy care, vacationing. The new bedding is matched with quality linens and we carry that over to the bathrooms. The shower heads are spa type.

Sit on the front porch and watch the pace of the town or enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch swing. Park once and walk everywhere. Come spend a week or a weekend at the Apalach Guest House.
